Food is one important thing in the life of people, in some places it is gastronomy, in others it is a large part of the household “incomes” if not all of it. This lady was preparing our (the PhD student and I, and her family of course) lunch. We were staying at their place: a one room flat of about 5x6m where the pride of the family was a small battery operated radio (no electricity in that village, no running water either). A lot of the activities are done outside of the house.
